These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Virtual Global Edge Institute, including our online school, courses, resources, materials, communications, programs, certificates, and related educational services.
Virtual Global Edge Institute is the education division of Virtual Global Edge. By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or using any course, resource, program, or service offered through Virtual Global Edge Institute, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not access, purchase, enroll in, or use our school, courses, resources, programs, or services.
Educational Purpose
Virtual Global Edge Institute provides educational content, readiness resources, and structured guidance for student-athletes, parents, guardians, and families.
Our courses and resources are designed to help users better understand topics such as athlete readiness, academic preparation, athletic presentation, document organization, eligibility awareness, coach-ready profiles, communication, recruitment preparation, and related pathway planning.
Virtual Global Edge Institute does not provide legal, immigration, financial, medical, athletic training, academic admissions, or official eligibility advice.
No Guarantees
Virtual Global Edge Institute does not guarantee scholarships, recruitment, admission, eligibility approval, visas, roster spots, placement, coach responses, trial invitations, selection, professional opportunities, or any specific outcome.
Any results, opportunities, or decisions connected to recruitment, scholarships, schools, clubs, academies, governing bodies, leagues, programs, or organizations depend on many factors outside the control of Virtual Global Edge Institute.
Our purpose is to provide educational guidance and readiness support so athletes and families can prepare with greater clarity, organization, and credibility.
Course Access and Use
When you purchase or enroll in a course, bundle, resource, or program, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own educational use.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or share course materials without permission
- Use course materials for commercial purposes
- Upload course materials to another website, platform, or public location
- Share your login information with others
- Claim the course materials as your own
- Modify, duplicate, or republish materials without written consent
- Use the school, courses, or resources for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent purposes
Virtual Global Edge Institute may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms of Use.
Purchases and Payments
Course, bundle, resource, or program purchases may be processed through Teachable, payment processors, or other third-party payment tools.
Prices, discounts, access codes, promotions, course availability, and payment options may change from time to time.
Virtual Global Edge Institute does not directly store full payment card details. Payment processing may be handled by third-party platforms according to their own terms, policies, and compliance requirements.
Refund Policy
Virtual Global Edge Institute offers digital educational courses and resources. Because course access is delivered online, refund requests are reviewed carefully and are not automatically guaranteed.
Students may request a refund within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase if they purchased the course by mistake or are unable to access the course due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
Refunds may not be available where a student has accessed, completed, downloaded, copied, or substantially used the course materials, received a certificate, or violated these Terms of Use.
To request a refund, students must contact Virtual Global Edge Institute at admin@virtualglobaledge.com with their name, email address used for purchase, course name, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, card provider, or course platform.
Virtual Global Edge Institute reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, repetitive, or inconsistent with this policy.
Certificates
Virtual Global Edge Institute may issue certificates of completion for certain courses.
A certificate of completion confirms that a student completed the course requirements. It does not represent accreditation, official academic credit, professional certification, recruitment status, eligibility approval, scholarship approval, admission approval, or endorsement by any school, club, academy, league, governing body, or organization.
Student Responsibilities
Students, parents, guardians, and users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate, complete, and current.
Users are responsible for reviewing course materials carefully, applying information responsibly, and confirming specific requirements directly with relevant schools, clubs, academies, programs, scholarship organizations, governing bodies, leagues, or qualified advisors.
Users should not rely on Virtual Global Edge Institute as the sole source for eligibility, admissions, scholarship, legal, immigration, financial, or official pathway decisions.
Parents, Guardians, and Minors
Virtual Global Edge Institute provides educational content for student-athletes, parents, guardians, and families. Some users may be under the age of majority.
Where a student is a minor, enrollment, payment, account creation, or participation should be completed by a parent or legal guardian, or with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor’s use of the school, courses, resources, programs, and related services.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, written content, videos, worksheets, resources, graphics, designs, branding, logos, names, frameworks, and educational materials provided by Virtual Global Edge Institute are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights where applicable.
Users may access course materials for personal educational use only. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Virtual Global Edge Institute or Virtual Global Edge intellectual property to any user.
Third-Party Platforms and Links
Virtual Global Edge Institute may use Teachable and other third-party platforms or service providers to host courses, process payments, manage enrollments, issue certificates, provide communications, or support school operations.
Users may also find links to third-party websites, resources, tools, partners, or services. Virtual Global Edge Institute does not control and is not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, policies, or actions of third-party websites or platforms.
Users access third-party platforms and websites at their own discretion and should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
Accuracy of Information
Virtual Global Edge Institute makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and current educational content. However, information may change over time, and requirements may vary by country, school, club, academy, league, governing body, scholarship program, or organization.
Virtual Global Edge Institute does not warrant that all materials are complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every user’s specific situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Virtual Global Edge Institute and Virtual Global Edge LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the school, courses, resources, programs, materials, third-party platforms, or related services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of income, loss of enrollment, loss of scholarship opportunity, non-selection, non-recruitment, ineligibility, admission denial, visa denial, or decisions made by third parties.
Changes to Courses and Services
Virtual Global Edge Institute may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue courses, resources, materials, features, pricing, promotions, certificates, or services at any time.
We may also update course content to improve clarity, accuracy, structure, or relevance.
Changes to These Terms
Virtual Global Edge Institute may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms may be posted on the school website, course platform, or another official school page.
Continued use of the school, courses, resources, programs, or services after updates are posted will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws applicable to Virtual Global Edge LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
